Sales and Marketing Associate Kickstart Scheme
CB IT Consultancy are looking for 2 Sales and Marketing Associates to join the business.
We are looking for a part time highly motivated sales associate who will need to hit the ground running and take on all sale responsibilities. These will include generating new leads, following up existing leads and closing sales. The ideal candidate will deliver a professional service and strive to exceed customers’ expectations.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Process customer and sales enquiries
• Find new business from multiple sources
• Support marketing activities including social media postings
• Build on current knowledge to develop a good understanding of the industry
• Attend both virtual and physical marketing events to build the company profile
• Complete tender documents
• Develop relationships with current and potential customers
• General Marketing and administration duties
• Complete sales training from suppliers and manufacturers
• Additional business administration duties to include general call logging
• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem with input from our technical team
• Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers
• Face to face meetings with clients and potential clients

Skills, Experience and ualifications
General understanding of the principles of sales, Strong communication skills, Experience with customer service, willingness to learn, previous sales experience a bonus, An ability to work independently and as a team, Ideally experience of working within the IT field but not essential, Educated to A level or equivalent
